At the School of Communications & Media Studies (SCMS), student governance is designed to cultivate leadership, accountability, collaboration, and professional responsibility. The structure empowers scholars to actively participate in shaping their academic and social experience while serving as a bridge between students, faculty, and school management. The Students’ Governance Body (SGB) functions as the official representative council of the SCMS student community. It is constituted through a transparent and inclusive selection or election process, ensuring broad representation across programmes including PGD and Master’s cohorts.
