Each course is structured to address real-world challenges faced by businesses, public institutions, faith-based organisations, and development agencies, with content tailored to contemporary African and global contexts.

Programme Director’s Profile
Ijeoma Faith Eze is a results-driven management consultant, leadership strategist, and governance advocate focused on strengthening Nigeria’s institutional and policy landscape. As Chief Operating Officer of Princeton Group and Lead Consultant at IFE Business Solutions Ltd, she delivers strategic and operational leadership across corporate and public sectors, while also leading youth development through the Princeton Leadership Forum in partnership with NIPSS.
A certified trainer with the Nigerian Centre for Management Development and a governing council member of NISMA, Ijeoma is an alumna of NIPSS and the School of Politics, Policy, and Governance. With a foundation in engineering and expertise in leadership, marketing, and strategic communications, she brings a collaborative, innovation-driven approach to leadership and personal development in Nigeria’s evolving governance and development space.
Executive Leadership Communications Course​ (ELCP)
The Executive Leadership Communications Programme is designed to equip senior professionals, emerging executives, and organisational leaders with the communication mastery required to inspire teams, influence stakeholders, and drive strategic outcomes. Participants learn how to communicate with clarity, credibility, and confidence across high-stakes environments—boardrooms, media interactions, investor meetings, negotiations, policy conversations, and crisis contexts.Grounded in practical frameworks, real-world case studies, and performance-based learning, the course strengthens leadership presence, strategic messaging, persuasive communication, emotional intelligence, and the ability to command attention in any professional setting.
By completion, learners develop a refined executive communication style that enhances impact, strengthens leadership identity, and elevates organisational influence. The SCMS Executive Leadership Communications Programme is a two part capacity building, experiential learning exercise, divided into Parts 1 (Foundation) & 2 (Intermediate) and 3 (Advanced Strategic Level) targeted at New Executives, Line Managers, and aspiring leaders and Senior Executives, Directors, and Public leaders respectively.
